I managed to confer with myself to slip in some time (a whole damn afternoon) to watch The Prestige today.

(From left to right)
Alfred Borden (Christian Bale) and Robert Angier (Hugh Jackman)

And it was absolutely amazing. It was cleverly crafted and had a plot that no one would ever have guessed from the beginning to the end. I don't regret not sitting in my room studying for English (not yet!), because The Prestige was excellent! 'Sides, there were great performances by two of my favourite guys - one of which is in my absolutely TOP, Christian Bale ♥.

Besides The Prestige, Mint and I had a Japanese lunch and then, we headed into the city for a haircut. I initially didn't want to have one till I returned home, because it's so much cheaper back in KL - but in the end, I succumbed to the begging. Besides, $20 for a haircut shouldn't be missed! I trusted the Korean hairdresser to give me a nice cut, which turned out well. For $20, I have to say Kim Sun Young Hair Salon is good.

I managed to slip in an hour or two into analysing Puff the Magic Dragon and writing up notes on it, in preparation for my first English assessment task. Sighs. I have three more related texts to find and analyse, plus a study of the analyses for Coleridge's poems. I need to get into it. Quick.

Music camp on Monday and Tuesday. This'll be a long weekend.

Cheers.
